Booking & payment terms

Booking conditions

After a successful booking (e-mail, website or phone) you will receive a written confirmation with the payment details. We reserve the right to correct mistakes in prices and to refer you to the correct price list.For each room booked, a deposit of € 100, is due, which you can transfer using our banking details, included in the confirmation.

Payment conditions

If you wish to transfer a large part of the invoice amount in advance, please let us know by e-mail, and we can send you a reference number so that we can allocate the received payment correctly.

Otherwise, the account may be paid during your vacation with CASH, MAESTRO debit card, EURO CARD (MASTER CARD) or VISA.

Any ski passes that have been ordered through us, shall be available for collection at the reception, the morning after arrival. Payment for ski passes is with the same payment terms as above possible.

Cancellation fees

It's always annoying when something unexpected happens. For you, because the long-awaited vacation is no longer possible, and for us, because it leaves a room free that would otherwise have been often booked by other guests.

We apply the following cancellation fees:

  • Up to 1 month before arrival, no cancellation fee (we either transfer paid amount back to your bank, or we can credit another holiday within the next calendar year)
  • In case of cancellation 30 - 8 days before arrival day,
    50% from the total amount will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation 7 - 1 day before arrival day,
    80% from the total amount will be charged.
  • In case of early departure or not arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full price.
